BWI Airport Limo Service Inc will not be held responsible in case of mechanical breakdown and will only be responsible for making up for lost time on a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party; minimum $1500 will be charged for any Wear and Tear to the vehicle. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is $250.00 for Sedan And SUV; whereas, $850.00 for Stretch Limousines and Buses. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law and is not permitted, any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is any blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Loading beyond seating capacity or Smoking is not permitted in any of our Vehicles. BWI Airport Limo Service Inc is not responsible for the articles left in the Vehicle; Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation.
