The billing process is relatively smoother and simpler. For a single reservation to the Baltimore International Airport, you will be charged at the time of the reservation. Once you are charged on your card, you will receive an email confirmation from us that includes the amount and the detailed itinerary of your reserved trip. For group reservation, the customer must pay at least 50% of the amount to confirm the reservation and then the customer can complete the rest of the payment 2 days before the trip. Credit / Debit cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover) and travelers checks are the authorized ways of payment. A personal check can be used for payment considering it is sent to our office 2 weeks ahead of your limousine travel.
Please email us at info@bwiairportlimo.net for any changes in your limo service. Any changes or cancellations made between 12:00AM to 05:00AM via email or phone will not be acknowledged. Cancellations made through email are the only valid cancellations. One will have to cancel the reservations for limousine, 3days (72 hours) ahead of your trip. Any cancellations made after the stipulated time will result in a full charge on your card. For all cancelled limo service, the credit will be processed back on to the customer’s credit card within 7-14 Business Days. For more information on refunds, please refer to the REFUND POLICY
BWI Airport Limo Inc /IAD Airport Car Service Inc/ DCA Airport Limo Service Inc powered by Stand Out Solutions (SOS) checks the eligibility, after it's been verified that the customer is eligible for a refund, a refund will be issued within 24hours, and an email will be sent to the customer stating the refund amount. The refund amount will take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. Further to the refund, if you still don’t find the amount in your account, please reach out to us on 202-985-2111 for further assistance. All information provided by the customer for limo service shall be used solely by the company only. BWI Airport Limo Inc /IAD Airport Car Service Inc/ DCA Airport Limo Service Inc powered by Stand Out Solutions (SOS) is not allowed to share any of the customer data with the third party for their promotions or profits. All the information provided by the customers will be kept secure, aligning with the local and state laws. We may ask for your personal identification documents in some cases to secure our transportation agreement with you; however, these documents shall only be used in reference to that transportation agreement. The customer has the right to decline the request for personal identification documents but in that case, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation agreement as well. BWI Airport Limo Service Inc takes all appropriate measures to always keep the information and personal details of customers, safe.
BWI Airport Limo Inc /IAD Airport Car Service Inc/ DCA Airport Limo Service Inc powered by Stand Out Solutions (SOS)will not be held responsible in case of mechanical breakdown and will only be responsible for making up for lost time on a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party; minimum $1500 will be charged for any Wear and Tear to the vehicle. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is $250.00 for Sedan And SUV, whereas, $850.00 for Stretch Limousines and Buses. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law and is not permitted, any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is any blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Loading beyond seating capacity or Smoking is not permitted in any of our Vehicles. BWI Airport Limo Service Inc is not responsible for the articles left in the Vehicle; Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation. The company is not responsible for delays or the termination of the service in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.) for more information call: 202-985-2111.
Please be aware that BWI/IAD/DCA Airport Limousine Service is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by natural calamities or other uncontrollable factors. This includes, but is not limited to:
Weather Conditions: Severe weather conditions such as snowstorms, heavy rain,
or hurricanes.
Road Construction: Delays caused by government-mandated roadwork or
construction activities.
Natural Disasters: Events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters.

delays.
Our drivers make every effort to account for potential delays by allowing ample time to reach your destination. Despite these precautions, you may experience delays of approximately 15 to 30 minutes in such situations.
